Personal Opinion:
I really enjoyed reading Loki’s Heart: A Viking Ancestor. It was a fast-paced, exciting story with well-developed characters and a rich setting. I loved Astrid's journey from a frightened captive to a strong, independent woman. The romance between Astrid and Thorkel was also very well-written.
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys young adult fantasy, historical fiction, or stories about strong female characters.
